For the base:
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2/3 cups of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of carob flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
For the pudding:
- 2/3 cups of sugar
- 1/4 cup of carob powder
- 1 and 3/4 cups of hot water

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Put a bit of oil in a cake form and leave it for later. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the flour, nuts, sugar, honey, baking powder and salt together.
- Add the water, olive oil and vanilla and stir until the mixture is ready.
- Put the mixture in the mold in a small bowl. Mix the sugar and carob powder and sprinkle the whole mixture. Carefully pour over the hotmixture. DO NOT STIR.
- Bake it for 40 minutes.
